There was a small quarrel erupted between the procession organizer and local devotees while the Vinayagar Idol procession was neared at Vattavilai on 4/9/2011. According to an eyewitness a group of local idol holders indulged themselves in dancing and began halting in front of their moving vehicles. It made irregular at the processionistss. After noticing it by the program conveners that they warned them but some young halfs were neglected it. As a result of this the organizers seized the idol of Lord Vinayaga from the not obeying gang at once which led to confusion and ciaos among all devotees and they refused to further involve in the idol rally. This mater was brought to the attention of then duty Thasildar and who has made negotiation with the concern people. Forthwith the problem was solved and began to their journey happily.
